I have been on every diet. And I have regained every pound ever lost. I still have hope that one day, I will be able to get this weight thing under control. I would like to lose 60 pounds this year. I have started the HCG protocol, as my latest and greatest endeavor. I was motivated by the success of friends who have used it to lose large amounts of weight.
